Wednesdays- There are no certain specials on Wednesdays, but if you tell us you read our web page, we will give you 10% of food and non-alcoholic drinks. We don't always have our famous Baby Back ribs on Wednesday, but quite offten we have some available, so if it is those famous Ribs you are interested in, just ask if any are available.

Thursdays- Deutscher Donnerstag or German Thursday. We offer in addition to our normal menu an Authentic German Menu  tailored after a traditional Ghasthaus Style Menu. It is a small menu but includes some of the most popular dishes German's eat when they go out. It has been very popular for us. If you like German food, this night is a must for you to try. We promise it is the best German food you can get in this area. If you ask, we might have some of those famous Baby Backs available this night too.

Friday & Saturdays- These are the only nights we always prepare our very popular Baby Back Ribs. Whether you are a rib eater or not you'll want to try these babies. These ribs are grilled then slow steamed in beer, then smothered in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. We promise they will be the meatiest,  the most tender and tasty ribs you may ever eat. Because of the time it takes to prepare these ribs, we prepare only a limited quantity. So either call ahead and reserve some or get here early before they are all gone. Fridays and Saturdays are sometimes very busy, you might not just want to reserve some ribs, but a seat as well, especially groups of 5 or more.
