Large Groups Over 35

When wanting to use the St. Mary's Supper Club for groups over 35, you will be limited to times the restaurant is not open. Because our banquet room is small and will only accomidate 35 comfortably, groups of over 35 will have to use more of the restaurant than just the banquet room. For this reason we can only book parties over 35 people on days we will have no other customers. If this fits your schedule we will reserve the whole restaurant for your group. There is no charge to use the restaurant when group is eating a meal. This will give you up to 3 rooms. One room is the Bar room, another is a non- smoking dinning room and the third would be the banquet room. This arangement will not suit everyone or anyone looking to put a group in one big room, but it is very nice for parties where people want to be able to get up and mingle, such as class reunions, birthday parties or any type of party that wants an open bar, but may have minors present. A 18% gratuity will be automatically added to this type part.

Groups 15 to 40
|

|
We will open the restaurant on days we are normally closed for groups of 15 - 35 for up to three hours. There is no charge for this service when the group is eating a meal. These events must be scheduled a minimum of 7 days in advance to allow for preparation and scheduling of help. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to all private parties of 35 or less on non business days.
Gorups of 35 or less will not have exclusive use of the restaurant, as we will allow other walk in customer to eat.

Small groups or groups not eating Meals.
|
|
|
Small groups of less than 15 or any group wanting to use the restaurant on a day we are closed, but not wanting to eat, may do so; however, there may be a charge for the use of the facility. This charge will be negotiated on a one on one basis and will be determined by our costs to open.
