Christmas Parties

The St. mary's Supper Club is a great place to have a small Christmas party or group gathering. We have several different menu options to accomidate your groups needs. You can order off the menu for groups 12 or less, or set up a limited menu to order from for groups 12-25. We also have family style menu options for larger groups . There are some time and menu restrictions and more information explained under Banquets.
December is a crazy month. It is the time of year when someone is having a Christmas Party every night. Because of the already limited number of days around the holidays, we will be scheduling Chrimas Parties 7 days a week in December.
We book Christmas parties as much as a year in advance. It is important to book early to get the date you want, but please do not book dates before you know when your party is. We will hold one date for you with a deposit. If your date or plans change we request you cancel as soon as you know so others may be able to use the date. We hate turning people away only to find out later your party was canceled.

Deposits

Normally we do not require a deposit for large group reservations; however, because of the demand for prime dates in December, we cannot afford to book a date to have it cancelled at the last minute. For this reason we will be requiring a $50 deposit for all dates in December except Fridays and Saturdays, which will require a $100 deposit. We are forced to do this because bookings in the past have been cancelled to late to rebook the date, causing us lost revenue and added expense for extra help not needed.
Deposits must be paid within 2 days of booking a date or that date may be booked to someone else. If deposits are in the form of a check they will be cashed and not held. Deposits will be deducted from the total bill or returned the night of the event or upon cancellation when requested if they are cancelled within the following guidelines:.
- Parties cancelled before the 1st of December or a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the party, whichever is earlier, will receive a full refund.
- Parties cancelling within 7 days may receive a 50% refund if the date is able to be rebooked.
- Parties that book for 20-35 people (Full room) but have less than 20 (half room) will be assesed a loss of booking fee of $25 plus $2.00 per person less than 20.
We appoligize for the need for deposits and fees, but they are to deter people from booking up dates before they are sure of having a party or where they are going. This keeps dates available for those who really want them and allows us to avoid losing revenue due to false bookings.

Gratuity
|

|
Gratuity will be added to all groups of 8 or more. All parties of over 20 will have a dedicated server to provide you with the best service possible. When gratuity is automatically added is is assessed at 18%.
This amount is the minimum, those wanting to leave additional gratuity will be accepted.
